First, I love the quality of this belt. I purchased through Amazon and it arrived amazingly fast (as usual). When I received it, I realized that I should have purchased the 4" instead of the 6". Additionally, the XS would have suited me better than the SM. I called Unique Fitness directly and they were very accommodating to MY error although the receipt said no returns on open belts. I returned it to them the following day in exchange for the 2004 lifting belt. They promptly shipped out the new belt to me, which arrived within 3 days. I would definitely do business with this company in the future. This is Customer Service!! Thanks Unique!!
