Barnes & Noble Café at 720 Center Drive, Vernon Hills, Illinois.

Today I was there and there was only 1 person ahead of me and a few behind me. It took me so long to get my drink the people behind me were getting their's and leaving. I told the staff how long I had been waiting and it still took forever to make my drink. When it was ready they didn't say my name, rather the type of drink and someone else with a similar order grabbed mine. When I said something again to the staff they didn't make my drink right away, instead they took a new order ahead of me which was 3 drinks. At this point I waited 23 minutes for 1 cup of coffee. I asked for my money back and they did refund it. But after I drank only half I realized they gave me regular coffee instead of decaf. At no point did I get rude or raise my voice so they had no reason to take other orders ahead of mine. Extreme inefficiency.
